With a generously sized 15kg capacity storage bin and computer-controlled ice production system, the Hoshizaki comfortably and efficiently creates sufficient ice for your requirements - meaning more ice during busier hours and cost-saving reduced production when it's quiet. Every cycle uses fresh water, ensuring ice is clear and without contaminants. Effective water cooling not only makes the ice machine easier to position - it can also run at higher temperatures in comparison to air cooled models, operating effectively even when ambient temperature reach as high as 40°C.
